(Aug. 3, 2018) -- UTSA Athletics will honor Hometown Heroes at each of its six home football games this season at the Alamodome.
Here in Military City USA, there are many heroes living among us. Do you know an active-duty service member, veteran or military spouse who deserves to be recognized? Do you know a first responder or an individual who has made exceptional and lasting contributions to the San Antonio community or has made a difference in the lives of others? UTSA Athletics wants to honor them.
Nominate a hero and tell why they are your Hometown Hero. UTSA Athletics will select six individuals to be honored, one at each home game this season.
Honorees will receive game tickets, in-game recognition and a special gift from UTSA.
Nominations are due by 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, and those selected will be notified by Aug. 27.
