JANUARY 24, 2020 — UTSA’s kinesiology program has been ranked among the 50 Most Affordable Bachelor’s in Kinesiology for 2020, according to Great Value Colleges. The Roadrunner program ranked 38th on the list, based on its affordability, UTSA’s reputation, and faculty support and commitment to students.
Great Value Colleges helps students find degree programs and colleges best suited for them as well as career options and resources.
Rankings are determined by using data from College Navigator regarding tuition as well as program information gleaned directly from each institution’s official website. Program flexibility and customization within the degree program, both in content and format, are also considered.

UTSA’s kinesiology bachelor’s program is housed within the Department of Kinesiology, Health and Nutrition in the College of Education and Human Development. The program offers four different concentrations: athletic training, exercise physiology, kinesiology and health science, and physical education.
