Services for People with Disabilities
Several services are available to guests attending commencement ceremonies who may require specific accommodations because of a disability.
Accommodations for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing:
A reserved seating section for deaf or hard of hearing guests requiring sign language interpreting services will be available near the southwest corner of the stage.

Disability Access Parking
There are 55 designated Disability Access (DA) spaces available at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis for vehicles with a valid Disabled Person ID placard (blue or red) or license plate. These spaces are located in Lot A
After the 55 DA spaces have filled, any spaces that can be made available for DA parking in Lot A will be charged the event parking rate.
Drop-Off/Pick-up: For Guests with Disabilities ONLY
There is no charge for dropping off or picking up in Lot A. Even when parking lots have filled up, the drop-off area in Lot A will be available for vehicles with a Disabled Person ID placard or license plate. Please enter Lot A off the frontage road entrance. Convention Center staff is not allowed to assist in unloading/loading of passengers. All transfers from the vehicle will be the responsibility of people in the vehicle.
