Deposit of University Funds
Deposit Transmittal Form
Two signatures are required when submitting the Deposit Transmittal Form to Fiscal Services.
Departments who make deposits at any of the Fiscal Services offices must include the signature of the preparer of the deposit and their supervisor.
A supervisory review of all deposits is recommended so help identify unusual patterns and/or detect potential fraudulent activity in their departmental deposits.
