UTSA Acquires MessageOne E-mail Management Services

E-mail Management Services (EMS) is an e-mail continuity program that will allow faculty and staff to access their UTSA e-mail in the event of an outage or network failure.

In the event of an outage, access UTSA e-mail by going to https://ems.messageone.com/. Log in using the faculty or staff network ID and credentails.

Please Set Up Your MessageOne Account Profile

Go to https://ems.messageone.com to set up your notification options in order to be contacted in the event of an e-mail outage.

Your UTSA e-mail address (ex: john.doe@utsa.edu) is your username. Use your network password as your MessageOne password.

Entering contact information is optional; however if you choose not to enter contact information, there will be no way to contact you in the event of an e-mail outage.

In the event of an outage, users will be able to access UTSA e-mail through Outlook or by going to https://ems.messageone.com
