IT After Hours Procedure

Important Notice about After Hours IT Emergency ProceduresIn order to provide quality service to the UTSA community, the Office of Information Technology has revised procedures for providing help after business hours for IT-related emergencies. The new procedures are posted in Public Folders under “Information Technology Emergency After Hours Call Procedure.

Help Desk senior technicians staff the emergency phone number 210-381-2436. The new procedures are to be used in emergencies such as an outage of the local area network, or the failure of a central server or the Banner system.
