Linda Dunn currently serves as the Director of Student Computing Services for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Dunn joined OIT in 2001 as a Helpdesk Technician and was promoted to her current position in 2013. Dunn served 10 years in the United States Navy in the electronic communications field. She also has many years of experience as a Systems Analyst with Jostens Learning Software and the Seattle School District.
With 30 years of customer service experience, she continues to provide insights for constant improvements in services offered to UTSA students. Dunn possesses a leadership attitude of "always moving forward" and demonstrates a dedicated drive to improving the student experience. Dunn and her staff offer Tier One customer service to UTSA's students concerning everything IT related. Her Student Computing Services (SCS) team strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the technology-based tools students need to succeed.
