Global Learning Workplace Handbook

A global workplace learning and development handbook is being developed by the Office of Information Technology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. This handbook is set to be published by the internationally-renowned Wiley Publishing.

Microsoft SharePoint Online is UTSA's collaboration center that allows you to upload, view and retrieve documents online. Student Innovation Coalition

The Student Innovation Coalition is a focus group that asissts OIT in making sure that the needs of the UTSA student population is heard. The coalition meets during the Fall and Spring semesters for an hour during lunch to discuss important topics. All students are invited to attend.

Training and Development

Qualtrics is a survey software service available to UTSA faculty and staff. The Office of Information Technology offers basic training for SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Qualtrics.

Integrated Planning and Advising for Student Success (iPASS)

The iPASS project is dedicated to enhancing student success at UTSA by engaging a campus-wide team to collaboratively establish a system that helps empower students and support staff, enhancing student interaction from orientation to graduation. Through communication, training, evaluation, and refinement, iPASS will create an adoption environment that fosters welcoming attitudes toward changes.
