Interim Workflow Solutions (IWS) Forms created from May 1, 2014 to March 27, 2016 have been fully archived in SharePoint Online/Office 365

What is Happening?

On June 5th, all Interim Workflow Solutions (IWS) Forms, including IWS archived forms now reside under SharePoint Online/Office 365 environment.  IWS archived forms are SharePoint forms that were submitted between May 1, 2014 and March 27, 2016.  This move has allowed the Office of Information Technology to retire the older SharePoint 2010 environment.

The IWS home page has been updated to reflect corresponding dates associated with current and archived documents.  IWS users should experience a similar way to retrieve their archived IWS forms.  If needed, an attached job aid is available to help users access their archived forms in the SharePoint environment.  As a reminder, IWS users can only access forms that they submitted.

Recommended Method to reach all IWS Forms

  1. The Interim Workflow Solutions (IWS) forms for both current and archive forms can be accessed from the UTShare web site: and click on UTShare/PeopleSoft Resources Dashboard page.

  2. In the Dashboard page, click on the Interim Workflow Solutions web link.

Alternate Method to reach IWS Forms

If you have saved the Archive IWS site as a “Favorite” on your browser, you will need to update any shortcut links to ensure you will point to all SharePoint Online/Office 365 Forms.  The direct URL for SharePoint Online/Office 365 is:
