Celebrating Excellence Across A&O

Every day, Administration and Operations (A&O) employees make important contributions that improve services, solve challenges, strengthen partnerships, and support the success of our university community.

The Modeling Excellence in Everything Possible (MEEP) Award recognizes individuals and teams whose contributions make a meaningful impact across Administration and Operations. Presented each fall and spring, the program celebrates achievements in innovation, leadership, collaboration, service, and teamwork.

Recognition is one of the most powerful ways to celebrate great work. By sharing the accomplishments of colleagues and teams, we strengthen our culture of appreciation and shine a light on the contributions that help move the university forward.

Why Nominate?

A nomination is an opportunity to recognize someone's impact. Whether through exceptional service, innovative thinking, leadership during a challenging situation, or collaboration that helped achieve a successful outcome, MEEP nominations help ensure outstanding contributions are seen and celebrated.

If someone has made an impact, share their story.
