Quick Start Guide: Create a Request
The following steps will guide you through creating a request in ServiceNow.
- From the ServiceNow portal homepage, use the "Welcome to the Business Service Center" search bar to find request options. You can also browse service requests options by clicking “Service Catalog.”
- Next, fill out the request fields. You can fill out a request for yourself or on behalf of someone else.
- Note that fields in the form with red asterisks are mandatory.
- To view your request history or open requests at any time, click "My Cases."
