Submit a Project Request
For Business Affairs departments in need of strategic services, a project request is required. The form will capture specific details needed for an initial consultation meeting. Upon receiving and processing your submission, a team representative will contact you to discuss your project.
The initial consultation meeting will be scheduled within two weeks of receipt of submission. Following the consultation meeting, your project proposal will be submitted to Business Affairs leadership for review and approval. Once approved, we will deploy the necessary resources to develop a project package, which includes a detailed scope, schedule and budget recommendations.
After a project package is approved, we will coordinate with you to determine a project start date, taking into consideration our current project workload and consultant availability, if applicable.
