Assistant Professor of Practice, Computer Science

Linda Rutherford joined the UT San Antonio faculty in 2019. Her teaching interests include data analysis and visual computer programming.

She serves as the lead instructor for CS 1173: Data Analysis and Visualization, which serves over 400 students annually and is one of the most highly enrolled courses in the computer science curriculum.

Rutherford earned her MS in Information Technology/Cyber Security from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
