EOS Investigations During COVID-19
EOS is continuing all operations during the COVID-19 situation. All current and new cases are being investigated my EOS staff. EOS is continuing to provide service to students, faculty, staff and visitors of The University of Texas at San Antonio Tri-campus, through remote measures. EOS is here to serve UTSA through measures that include the ability to file a complaint online, contact the office via email or phone, and holding meetings online through Webex (students and external participants included) and Microsoft Teams (internal faculty and staff participants only). If you do not have a computer with a camera, Webex offers a call-in option, and UTSA employees have the option of conducting a meeting through Webex or Teams. (note: EOS will not be conducting meetings via Zoom or other platforms at this time.)
While EOS cannot offer walk-ins at this time, the office will reach out to schedule meetings once a complaint has been filed, or you can call or email EOS and request a meeting. If you are a UTSA staff member and need to refer a student to our office, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to respond within the same business day for scheduling. When possible we will try to schedule the student within a relatively quick timeframe. All email accounts are being answered as well as the following phone number (210) 458-4120.
