This checklist will help identify assets and materials and plan for updates throughout the transition timeline.
1. Digital Assets (Highest Priority)
Review and update any digital materials first.
- Office/department-owned website or web pages
- Microsites or landing pages
- Email templates
- Newsletters (digital)
- Social media profiles and graphics
- Social media post templates
- Presentation templates
- Video content (intros, outros, lower thirds)
- Digital signage or screens
- Online forms or portals
2. Marketing and Communications Materials
Identify printed or downloadable materials used to communicate with external audiences.
- Brochures and flyers
- Posters and handouts
- One-pagers and fact sheets
- Recruitment or outreach materials
- Event marketing materials
- Reports or publications
- Downloadable PDFs
3. Advertising and Campaign Materials
Areas that run paid campaigns or advertising will need to update their materials.
- Print ads
- Digital ads
- Sponsored content
- Vendor-produced creative
- Co-branded or partner materials
4. Internal and Operational Materials
Identify printed or downloadable materials, including digital templates.
- Business cards
- Letterhead and envelopes
- Email signatures

5. Signage and Physical Assets
Note any physical items displaying either the university brand or area sub-brands.

6. Apparel and Promotional Items
- Staff or team apparel
