The UT San Antonio Handbook of Operating Procedures contains rules and regulations that govern the university. Chapter 11 of the Handbook focuses on Information Technology, with two policies specific to websites:
Policy 11.09 Website Criteria and Procedures and Policy 11.10 Web and Digital Accessibility Compliance.

The standards and procedures below add further specificity to the two HOP policies, providing the campus community with guidelines on building, maintaining and growing the university's online presence.
