The UTS Tech Café is here to support students, faculty, and staff with all their technology needs! Tech Café provides support for services such as UTSA Network and application access, computing hardware and software, printing, and other IT related questions and services!

August 2026 Passphrase Reset Support

Call for assistance: Call Tech Café at 210-458-5555 for help with your passphrase reset or other technology access issues. Tech Café is offering extended support starting Friday at 7 a.m. through the weekend.
Get help in person: University Technology Solutions staff are available to assist students at the following locations:
- Student Union Denman Ballroom (SU 2.01.28)
  - Fri. Aug. 21 – Sun. Aug. 23, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- John Peace Library Silent Computing Lab (JPL 2.01.30)
  - Fri. Aug. 21, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  - Sat. Aug. 22, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  - Sun. Aug. 23, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
All other Tech Café locations will maintain regular hours.
