LEADERSHIP
Jenell Bramlage, Ph.D., serves as Senior Associate Vice President for Information Management and Strategic Services at UTSA. Her proven record in higher education and information and data management gives her insight from all areas of higher education, meaning she brings a unique perspective in portfolio and data management across the enterprise. With tremendous expertise and experience in the accreditation field, she has also worked for both regional and national accreditation bodies in the U.S. for a combined total of more than 10 years. These include the Higher Learning Commission and Middle States Commission on Higher Education, where she was selected to serve as an assessment e-mentor and accreditation liaison officer. Here at UTSA, she is responsible for overseeing the IT portfolio management group comprised of business relationship managers and the strategic services team, as well as the IT portfolio governance launch.
Debby Eyzaguirre currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Services for Tech Solutions (UTS) at the University of Texas at San Antonio. In this role, she leads business relationship managers, business analysts, project managers, and the Vendor Management Office. This includes all aspects of the project lifecycle from demand creation to project closeout. Her team's focus is on providing exceptional customer service, both internal to Tech Solutions and external to customers. The team is often the first point of contact for IT requests. They are very gifted in business process creation, operations procedures, and visual swim lanes. In her previous position as Director of Enterprise Service Management, she led the team in expanding the service management platform to align with the university’s strategic goals. Eyzaguirre collaborated directly with other departments to set unified service standards with automation and simplification. Eyzaguirre is a dynamic servant leader in IT with over 20 years of experience and has successfully cultivated high-performing teams across multiple lines of business. Her passion is building the next generation of leaders.
