Today I’m writing to share the latest updates regarding the integration of UTSA and UT Health San Antonio, including the forthcoming launch of a new task force, several new working groups and three new FAQs.
Effective September 1, 2025, the Executive Cabinet for our new institution will be established with the following initial structure, and we expect that it will evolve and expand as the institution’s large-scale operational functions, needs and priorities become more defined over time.
I am writing to share a brief update on our work to merge UTSA and UT Health San Antonio and our drive toward building one preeminent public research university.
