One Riverwalk Place

UT San Antonio purchased One Riverwalk Place in spring 2025 and welcomed the Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design’s School of Architecture + Planning for the start of the fall 2025 semester. This 18-story, 265,000-square-foot building will also house the Institute of Economic Development in spring 2026. One Riverwalk Place is part of the university’s long-term district planning initiative, which includes supporting downtown development to ensure students, faculty and staff have the academic, research and infrastructure support necessary for success.
