Welcome to the #UTSADowntown Listserv! 

Stay connected to what’s happening at the UTSA Downtown Campus as the university accelerates the campus’ development over the next decade to meet the needs of a growing city. 

The #UTSADowntown listserv is a forum to share campus-related announcements, information about upcoming events, and other important news with Downtown Campus faculty and staff.  


HOW TO BE ADDED TO THE LISTSERV

From your e-mail address, please send email to:  utsadowntown-join@lists.it.utsa.edu  


HOW TO SUBMIT A POST 
(Note: you do not have to be a member of the listserv to submit a post) 

  • Draft an email with the information you want to share (images and html format can be used and will be viewable in the message). Attachments are allowed. 
  • Send the email to utsadowntown@lists.it.utsa.edu  
  • Your post will be routed to the list moderator for approval (If approved, your post will be sent to the list and you will receive a confirmation email) 
  • Please allow the moderator at least two (2) business days to review and approve your email before it is shared to the listserv. 

Criteria for events or other announcements to be sent through the #UTSADowntown Listserv: 

  • Events must take place at the Downtown Campus (off-campus events may bapproved if they are hosted or co-hosted by UTSA). 
  • Events must be open to UTSA students, faculty and/or staff. 
  • Announcements must share information (moves, changes, policies, services, etc.) that directly impacts or involves Downtown Campus students, faculty and/or staff. 

 HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE 

  • Send an email to utsadowntown-leave@lists.it.utsa.edu
  • Subject and body can be left blank 
  • You will receive a confirmation email that you must reply to for removal from list 
  • You will then be removed from the listserv
