UTSA transportation gets a new look
(Oct. 26, 2015) — UTSA Transportation has a new look and a new name: The ’Runner.
Business Auxiliary Services (BAS) proudly unveiled the newly rebranded shuttle service earlier this year. The ’Runner, previously known as UTSA Transportation or simply “the shuttles,” showcases and promotes the UTSA spirit.
To match the spirit of the new moniker, BAS partnered with University Communications and Marketing to update the look of the buses. The two newest buses in the UTSA fleet feature a boldly wrapped orange and blue Roadrunner. More buses with the new look will follow as time and budget permits.
Last year, The ’Runner provided more than two million rides to help meet the transportation needs of UTSA students. Routes are available on the Main Campus, offering transportation from outer parking lots and local apartment communities to the heart of campus. The ’Runner, funded by students’ annual transportation fee, is available to all UTSA students.
The opportunity to enhance the campus experience, while further promoting UTSA and the Roadrunner spirit, fuels Business Auxiliary Services’ drive to serve students, employees and the UTSA community.
