JUNE 18, 2025— The UTSA Neurofeedback counseling program challenged students in the spring semester to develop a new dry cap to measure brain activity. This cutting-edge research continues to position UTSA as a leader in neurofeedback research and training.
See how the cap was created in both the Downtown Campus Makerspace and in the neurofeedback lab, elevating the students’ hands-on learning experience. The students developed a deeper understanding of the technical components of the acute EEG helmet while also exploring ways to provide world-class care for future patients.
