Workmen were still putting the finishing touches on the Goliad Building when deans and faculty and their supportive staff began moving in May 2, 1973.

The modern two-story structure, which includes 30,000 square feet, has classrooms, audio-visuaI-tutorial and statistics laboratories, a library reference room, media center and offices.

Graduate classes will be held in the building beginning June 5.

The building is located at 4203 Woodcock Dr. in the Koger Center at Loop 410 and Babcock Road. City buses will serve the area and ample parking is available.

Built to UTSA specifications by the Koger Center, the building will be leased by UTSA until the university moves to its permanent campus in 1975. Business and administrative offices will continue to be housed in three other buildings in the Koger Center.
