Opening an Account
To request a new account, the Unit and Account Request Form must be completed.  Email the completed form to accounting.ofc@utsa.edu

The administrator and the person completing the form will be notified of the new account number by email.  If you do not receive a response within 7 business days please contact the Office of Accounting at 458-4212.

Maintaining An Operating Account
If any information changes after an account is opened contact the Office of Accounting at 458-4212.

Closing An Operating Account
The account administrator should forward a written (email is acceptable) request to the Office of Accounting to close an account. The balance of the account must be zero before it can be inactivated.
