UTSA Career Center offers a diverse range of services, which are designed to reach the student or graduate profile that your organization is seeking. UTSA hosts several top-notch career fairs throughout the year to give students the opportunity to explore employment options with a variety of employers. Our professional staff is eager to assist employers in finding the best strategy or combination of strategies to reach the most qualified applicant(s).

Economically, UTSA contributes to the community through its 17 Division I athletic programs, the Institute of Texan Cultures, Prefreshman Engineering Program, purchases from Historically Underutilized Businesses and the Institute for Economic Development, in addition to other departments and programs.

UTSA's research-based institutes and centers target diverse areas and include the Center for Archaeological Research, the Institute for Cyber Security, the Institute for Demographic and Socioeconomic Research, the UTSA Mexico Center and many others. Such endeavors foster research, discovery and innovation for the university, San Antonio and beyond.

UTSA contributed $131 million in total business output for the San Antonio area. UTSA spent more than $55 million with local businesses. Of that amount, 29.8 percent or $16.5 million in goods and services was purchased from Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB). We value businesses that support our vision of becoming a premier research university.
