OITConnect Portal

The OITConnect Portal is a self-service portal that enables UTSA faculty and staff to quickly find information about their computer issues or to place a ticket. The portal is a great place for users to maintain control of the ticketing process and easily request IT services. Users must be connected to AirRowdy or VPN to use the portal.

Outlook is UTSA's email service powered by Microsoft. Outlook works across all devices and connects seamlessly with SharePoint and OneDrive.

Special Event Technology Support

The Learning Technologies department provides support for special events hosted on campus by UTSA personnel, student organizations, joint-sponsored outside organizations, and non-UTSA organizations. Special events may include, but are not limited to meetings, performances, presentations, panel discussions, and athletics activities

StudentConnect Services

StudentConnect offers technical support services for students and includes configuration assistance, guidance, and troubleshooting of personal devices.
