This contract ensures your lab is paying the lowest equipment prices, free shipping, new lab start-up promotions, extended warranties, and trade-in allowances.

  (A) If orders are under or equal to $5,000.00, then generate a small dollar purchase order to the vendor. Include in the "Remarks" section of the purchase order the quote number, UT System Supply Chain Alliance contract number, and UT System Supply Chain Alliance contract terms.
