New registration

  • Steps for creating a new student organization at UTSA
    • Attend one of the following new student organization meetings:
      • March 23rd, 12-1PM
      • April 26th, 12PM
    • Have AT LEAST FIVE UTSA students who are willing to join
    • Find a UTSA faculty/staff advisor (must be a UTSA employee)
    • Create a constitution (guidelines and an example can be found under the 'Resources' tab)
    • Attend State Mandated Risk Management EVERY YEAR
    • Complete registration on Rowdylink


  • Complete online RowdySync and successfully complete quiz
    • March 21 to April 1, 2016
  • Complete End of Year Review Report
    • Available on RowdyLink
    • March 21 to April 8, 2016
  • Complete re-registration process on Rowdylink
    • Update contact information for new officers and primary contact
    • Upload new advisor form (must be completed every year)
    • Make any changes to your constitution
  • 2016-2017 Deadlines:
    • Re- registration on Rowdylink: April 11- September 8, 2016

Petition to re-register

  • Process for re-registering if your organization fails to re-register by Census date:
    • Meet with Jessica Horace, Coordinator of Student Organizations, or Toni DeGuire, Graduate Assistant of Student Organizations
    • Complete a "Petition to Re-register"
