Campus Services Kicks Off the Holidays with Toys for Tickets

November 7, 2022

Nov. 7, 2022 — Campus Services is teaming up with the Elf Louise Christmas Project to deliver holiday cheer and make a difference in the San Antonio community.

Through the Toys for Tickets program, customers can donate a new, nonviolent toy valued at $5 or more in exchange for 50% off one outstanding eligible UTSA parking citation. The offer is valid for citations up to $100 in original value. Donations without citations are welcome and encouraged.

The campaign begins today, Nov. 7, and continues through Dec. 2. At the end of the campaign, Campus Services will deliver all donations to the Elf Louise Christmas Project for distribution to local families.

The Elf Louise Christmas Project began in 1969. The grassroots organization is run by volunteers and is dedicated to giving back to the community. Since its inception, the organization has delivered over 1 million toys to children in the greater San Antonio area.

In addition to giving back, Toys for Tickets helps Campus Services educate the campus community on parking rules and regulations while providing financial leniency at a key time of year. With registration underway and the holidays approaching, Toys for Tickets offers opportunities to pay past citations while making a difference to local families in need.
