Operational Review Committee

The Operational Review Committee consists of campus leaders, financial representatives and at-large employees across campus who participate in a governance process that results in improved fiscal accountability and management of resources.

The committee conducts operational reviews of auxiliary, academic support and administrative support units. Reviews include prior year performance, current year operations and benchmarks. In addition, the committee assesses internal policies, processes and priorities to help units identify opportunities to improve outcomes and examine efficiencies.

After the committee completes the review process, they provide feedback to the auxiliary and support units, as well as make recommendations to the Executive Resource Management Team.
