Coronavirus Updates: The latest information on UTSA's response

Toys for Tickets 2018 Wrap-Up

Posted December 19, 2018, by Lauren Fisher

Campus Services collaborated with the UTSA Student Government Association for the campaign. Customers generously donated 172 toys this year. Overall, customers saved more than $4,200 on citations!

All toy donations benefitted the Elf Louise Christmas Project. Campus Services team members personally delivered the donations to the Elf Louise warehouse. While there, the team learned more about volunteering with the organization, how they distribute toys to families in need, and the impact Elf Louise makes on the community each year since it’s inception in 1969.

Campus Services strives to educate the campus community about parking through charitable initiatives such as Toys for Tickets and the Peanut Butter Parking Campaign. Customers  help those in need in the San Antonio community while learning more about how to avoid future citations. We had a fantastic time during the run of this event and hope our participants did as well!

Thanks again to all who participated!
