#UDesign 2019 Winners

Posted March 28, 2019

It was another great year for the #UDesign2019 Parking Permit Design Contest! Campus Services once again received a wide variety of design submissions, making it a tough decision to select a final design as the winner. In the end, we narrowed it down to three finalists and announced the winners at the 2019 COMweek closing ceremony on Tuesday, March 26.

Congratulations to all our winners!

First Place

Congratulations to Roberto Martinez! His unique and bold design won him a free student garage parking permit. In addition, his design will be featured on all parking permits across campus and San Antonio.

Roberto is a communication major with hopes to attend graduate school at UTSA. His design is inspired by school spirit and making an impact during his time here at UTSA. We’re looking forward to seeing this new design on all permits next year!

Great work by Helena Luu, our second place winner! Helena is an engineering major who enjoys graphic design and being involved on campus. Helena received a $100 Fast Pass as runner-up.

Third Place

Daisy Fuentes is our third place winner! Daisy loves drawing and volunteers at Roadrunner Productions. Daisy won a Campus Services swag bag.
