What is the process for reserving a meeting space?

Please call 210-458-2336 to speak with an Events Manager.

Is accessible parking available for my guests?

Surface and garage/covered parking is available. Reasonable and affordable daily rates for a downtown venue.

What audiovisual technology will be provided with my room rental?

Our standard A/V package includes an HD projector and screen, laptop, and a wireless microphone with podium. If you prefer to use your own laptop, please consult with an Events Manager.

What types of events does Downtown Conferences and Events support?

From conferences with plenary sessions, to luncheons, evening receptions, organizational meetings, professional development courses, and banquets, we can accomodate all your event needs!

What catering options are available?

UTSA Downtown Conferences and Events partners with over 30 selected caterers authorized to support UTSA. A broad selections of menu are available. Our staff will facilitate all of your food and beverage requests.

Can I drop off or ship materials prior to the event start time?

All rental and deliveries must be coordinated with a Downtown Conferences and Events Manager. Generally, all items must be delivered and picked-up on the same day as the event. Special arrangements can be made as events allow.

Can I bring/contract additional audio visual equipment?

Please consult with a Downtown Conferences and Events Manager and let them know the equipment that you intend to bring at least 72 hours in advance, so that we can make sure the proper connections are in place.
