All of our venues come standard with wireless audiovisual resources that will add a level of professionalism to your event. Microphones, high-definition projectors with screens, flat-screen television monitors, and complimentary WiFi will give you the tools to engage and energize. In addition, our small business center can address your guests’ needs for printing, copying, and phone service.

Catering

With over 30 approved catering partners, impress your guests with a variety of house favorites prepared for any group size or dietary need. The Conference Center also provides three conveniently located warming kitchens for expedient food service to your event.

Parking

The Conference Center reserves both garage, covered and surface lot parking with easy access for your guests to enter and exit your event at all times.

UTSA Conferences and Events is located within a short distance of the city's cultural attractions and exciting dining spots as well as hotels, museums, shops, and galleries. Attendees can walk to the City’s Viva Metro Trolley destination and take a tour of San Antonio's famous landmarks. San Antonio Missions National Historical Park

A National Historical Park and part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site preserving four of the five Spanish frontier missions in San Antonio. In geographic order from north (upstream of the San Antonio River) to south (downstream) the missions are Mission Concepción, Mission San Jose, Mission San Juan, and Mission Espada.

Market Square - El Mercado

The rich culture of San Antonio abounds throughout the plazas of Market Square. Located across the street from the Confierence Center, El Mercado is a three-block outdoor plaza lined with restaurants and shops, featuring hand-crafted Mexican pottery, leather works, and talavera. Market Square is the largest Mexican market in the United States.

The Institute of Texan Cultures

Located in downtown San Antonio on the UTSA Hemisfair Campus, the 182,000-square-foot complex features 65,000 square feet of exhibits and displays that tell the stories of Texans. Visitors to the museum will learn the stories of immigrants from around the globe who settled in Texas and contributed to what is today the 15th largest economy in the world.
