All of the following amenities can be requested by submitting event details through the RowdyLink Event Submission process for UTSA departments and organizations, and a Visitor and Guest Space Request Form for any external (non-UTSA) clients.    

From audiovisual support to catering, the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) offers a variety of amenities to support your event on campus.  Utilizing resources on campus is convenient and streamlines the event planning process by reducing the need to work with multiple vendors.

Parking

UTSA Campus Services offers a variety of parking services for events. Parking is available on a daily basis and short-term visitor parking is available. No permit is required for weekend and evening parking during specified times.

Safety

The UTSA Police work closely with the Office of Environmental Health, Safety, and Risk Management and the Office of Business Continuity & Emergency Management to ensure safety during all events held on UTSA campuses.

Learning Technologies provides a variety of equipment and services for use during on-campus events, including computer access, projectors, and assistance with technology setup.

Student Union enhances events for clients through dynamic sound and lighting services including decorative lighting, microphone and sound systems, live streaming, integrated video and presentation projection, video conferencing, and more.

Facilities Work Order

UTSA Facilities provides venue set up and tear down, custodial services, plants, and trade support services to ensure you have a successful event. Event Support is a Premium Service and should be requested at least 14 calendar days prior to the event.

UTSA Dining provides catering services for the campus community. From casual affairs to sophisticated events, select from a variety of menu options and services designed to fit your needs. Alternatively, a UTSA-approved caterer may provide on-campus catering services.
