Book Your Event: Students, Faculty, Staff
Thank you for your interest in hosting an event on campus! We encourage you to explore the UTSA Events website to learn more about available spaces and amenities. You can read more about UTSA’s major event initiatives and event policies by visiting the resources page of this website.
Registered Student Organizations and UTSA faculty and staff can reserve space by utilizing RowdyLink to browse, reserve, and submit event details. The steps outlined below should be completed in order.
Request Space and Submit Event Details
Login to RowdyLink using your UTSA ID and complete the Event Request Form. For instructions on how to complete the form, visit the resources website. *If you do not yet have a department/organization page on RowdyLink, fill out a request form to create a page.
After you submit your event form in RowdyLink, your event scheduler will contact you with questions or event approval.
