Purchasing and the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program operate as a unified office within Financial Affairs. Purchasing and HUB work closely with UT San Antonio customers, other universities and the public to support research and educational missions of the university and provide suppliers general assistance related to working with the university.

Rowdy Exchange is an intuitive and comprehensive online shopping tool that provides staff and faculty a shopping cart experience while saving the university money and resources.

Purchasing operates between 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding university holidays.
