Please Log on to your myMed account by clicking the link: Click Here

Enter your MyUTSA ID (Abc123) username and passphrase to access the site. You will be asked to verify your birthdate.

Instructions on making a Telemedicine Appointment (Using the Zoom Application):

*Disclaimer, in Zoom, you have the option for video or no video*.

  • Once logged into the portal, select the Appointments tab to the left of your screen.

  • myMed Appointment Location

  • Click the “Schedule an Appointment” button located at the top of the screen.
  • When choosing your appointment type, you will select “Provider Phone Visit (Telemedicine)”.
  • You will be prompted to answer several health questions. Once the questions have been answered, you will select “Provider Phone Visit (Telemedicine)” appointment type again.
  • You will be asked for the reason you would like to speak with a provider. Please pull down a reason from the drop down menu.
  • You will be prompted to review your email address, local phone number, and local address. If these need to be updated, you may edit them on this page.
  • Once updated, please select the appropriate visit type and provider you would like to meet with.
  • After selecting appointment time, you will be asked to choose the current state you are in.
  • Once scheduled, you will see that you can check in to your appointment 2 hours prior to your appointment. This does not start your visit. Your appointment will start at the appointment time you selected. During the check-in process, you will need to update all medical history if you have not recently updated that information.
  • You appointment will be under the Appointments tab on the MyMed portal until it is time for your appointment. Once you are ready to start the visit, you will see a “join meeting” hyperlink under the appointment. This will take you to your Zoom meeting with your Provider.

By logging on to this site you will be able to:

  • Receive some test results and secure messages from providers - not all test results can be sent through the portal. You may still be required to come back for a follow up appointment to receive some results.
  • Make appointments for certain immunizations and office visits.
  • Complete some required forms
  • Complete surveys regarding our facility
  • Check your Student Health Services financial account summary
  • Review and print immunization records - immunizations must have been given by our Student Health Services clinic.
