Initiating the Accommodation Process
Employees seeking workplace accommodation(s) are responsible for initiating contact by emailing ADA.Employees@utsa.edu and requesting information regarding accommodation. Employees requesting an accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) will submit their request by completing the following documents. Once forms are submitted, the ADA Specialist will discuss the next steps.
