Design & Construction

Design & Construction services manage construction for renovation, infrastructure and campus construction projects. We are responsible for hundreds of construction projects on campus every year. We offer a variety of services and expertise, ranging to minor renovations to major new construction projects.

A large part of what we do is project management, which begins with programming and design, and continues to move-in and occupancy of new or renovated facilities. We work with other RPM departments and Facilities to review project requests and develop a framework for seeing a project through to completion.
