Real Estate and Property Management strives to provide innovative responses to UTSA’s growth needs through mindful planning and design, conscious construction and best practice real estate management. The RPM team is designed to be a full-service group that effectively procures, plans, builds, inspects and manages occupancy of the UTSA’s land holdings and buildings.
Asset Management
Asset Management is comprised of the Campus Standards & Planning, Space Management and the Office of Sustainability. These offices work together as a department to mindfully plan support for the forecasted university growth and initiative needs.
Design & Construction
Design & Construction manages the building and improvement environment on the UTSA campuses, ranging from new building construction to campus infrastructure improvements to small interior renovations and retrofits.
Facilities
The Office of Facilities is responsible for the maintenance, repair, upkeep, remodeling, alterations, and additions to all university physical facilities, regardless of scope.
