University Student Success Center
Charge
This initiative will create a new world-class facility to support UTSA students from the start of their college journey through to graduation. The working group will collaborate with campus service and academic support offices to design a center that will deliver a comprehensive, unified, and concierge-style campus experience for our students. As an intermediary step, this initiative includes a project to centralize academic advising offices in a temporary complex.

Strategic Plan Midpoint Update (Fall 2022)
Advancing UTSA's abiding commitment to supporting students from all backgrounds, the creation of the University Student Success Center Building, constructed in 2021 and located between the North Paseo and McKinney Humanities buildings, consolidated the university’s undergraduate advising services and select support programs in this one area on campus. This consolidation will make it easier for students to discover and access academic support programs and student success resources. This Center and related services has enabled UTSA to award a historical high number of degrees and dramatically reduce the time it takes students to earn a degree.
