The Roadrunner Village Initiative will create an enhanced campus experience for the UTSA community by constructing a vibrant neighborhood that includes housing, dining and retail space. In addition to connecting student residents to the academic core of the institution, Roadrunner Village will provide event space and services to engaging the local community surrounding the Main Campus. By enticing students to spend more time on campus, Roadrunner Village will foster a sense of belonging and aid the university’s retention efforts.

UTSA’s Office of Real Estate, Construction and Planning (ReCAP) is currently reviewing a recent market analysis to recommend the best course of action to develop housing for UTSA students in alignment with UTSA’s strategic plan refresh (2022-23).
