Athletics Center of Excellence
This initiative is to construct a new Roadrunner Athletics Center of Excellence to serve as a hub for the 350+ student-athletes participating in 17 NCAA Division I sport programs at UTSA.
Cattleman's Square Residential Tower
The Cattleman’s Square Residential Tower initiative will pursue a public-private partnership to enhance residential options, services and experiential learning opportunities for students based at UTSA’s Downtown Campus.
This initiative will create a new freshman-focused residence hall designed with student success in mind.
Honors Residential College
This initiative will create a new residence hall for the university’s top students that brings UTSA’s Honors College to new levels of national prominence.
National Security Collaboration Center
The National Security Collaboration Center initiative will build a collaborative and impactful ecosystem engaging government, industry and academia to solve the nation’s greatest issues surrounding cybersecurity.
Parking and Transportation
This initiative is focused on providing access to parking and sustainable transportation options for all Roadrunners, ensuring that the development of infrastructure is in alignment with UTSA’s strategic growth.
The Roadrunner Village initiative will create an enhanced campus experience for the UTSA community through the construction of a vibrant neighborhood that includes housing, dining and retail space.
School of Data Science
UTSA’s proposed School of Data Science will co-locate the university’s 70-plus faculty members in cybersecurity, cloud computing, data and analytics, and artificial intelligence under one highly collaborative roof.
Student Success Center
This initiative will create a new a world-class facility to support UTSA students from the start of their college journey through to graduation. The working group will collaborate with campus service and academic support offices to design a center that will deliver a comprehensive, unified, and concierge-style campus experience for our students.
