Latest information on operational modifications for fall 2021 Roadrunner Roadmap

Off-campus Housing

For students considering living off-campus, there are a number of options available. Student Affairs maintains lists of off-campus apartment complexes near the Main and Downtown campuses, available at the links below.

In addition, Student Affairs has a list of houses, rooms for rent, and individuals searching for roommates. There are no listings at this time. This information is sent to us from the community. If you have a place to lease or are searching for a roommate, you can add your information to this list by sending a request to StudentAffairs@utsa.edu

Submit Your Housing Opportunity

The lists of properties provided are neither affiliated with The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), nor are they designated UTSA housing. The lists are provided solely as a convenience to UTSA’s students, faculty, and staff. Individuals are strongly advised to thoroughly investigate and inspect any property before making final arrangements. Before you rent, it is a good idea to research the safety record of the apartment complex and/or neighborhood. All prospective tenants are encouraged to exercise their own good judgment when evaluating prospective rental units and property owners.

The owners of the rental properties listed are solely responsible for reporting information fairly and accurately. The University does not review or verify such information and does not guarantee the fairness or accuracy of the information provided. The inclusion of any property or rental unit on this website or in the listings provided by Student Affairs does not constitute and shall not be construed or reported as an endorsement or approval by the University of the properties, their business practices, cleanliness, safety or other attributes, including but not limited to the properties' compliance with building, safety or fire codes, nor any representation of the owners or their management agents. The University expressly disclaims all responsibility for any problems that may arise with regard to such rental units and with regard to disputes between property owners and tenants concerning such properties or rental units.

Be a Good Neighbor

If you are considering moving into a house, make sure you are aware of all applicable zoning laws and homeowner's association requirements and abide by all of them. If you choose a house or apartment to rent, please note that you may have many neighbors with full-time jobs, families, and small children so remain cognizant of how your actions may affect others.

Transportation

The Runner, UTSA’s transit system, provides service to and from on-campus parking lots and select nearby apartment complexes. Shuttle services will resume for Fall 2021. The most current information for shuttle service provided by UTSA can be found on the Campus Services page.
