Welcome to Event Services

Student Union Event Services is an administrative unit within the division of Student Affairs that oversees the use of the UTSA Student Union, academic buildings, and most outdoor spaces on the Main Campus for events by faculty/staff, registered student organizations, and external clients. The office provides event planning consultation to campus and external clients on the Main Campus.

Whether you need a table reservation, meeting space, or want to plan a conference or major event, our staff can assist you every step of the way.

Event Services is located in the UTSA Student Union across from the Rowdy Campus Store. We're here to help make your event a success!
