The UTSA Student Union Space Guide

The UTSA Student Union Quick Reference Space Guide also indicates the maximum number of chairs per seating style. Select the layout that most appropriately fits your event needs. A Student Union Event Services events manager will review your event details and recommend an appropriate venue and setup. Diagrams can be created at your meeting.

For events WITHIN the UTSA Student Union, UTSA Student Union staff handles all setups and housekeeping for your events. The UTSA Student Union Resource and Fee Schedule apply.

For events NOT within the UTSA Student Union, Facilities   staff handles all setups and housekeeping for your events. Facilities Shop Rates   apply.

Setup options

  • As Is – Room pre-arranged with furnishings assigned to that specific room.
  • Dance – Room cleared for dancing. Chairs placed around walls for seating.
  • Cleared – Room left empty with no furniture.
  • Custom – Room set to the specifications of your event. A setup fee may be applied to events requesting non-standard setups.
