1.0 - About EMCS

Events Management & Conference Services is an administrative unit within the Division of Student Affairs that oversees use of the UTSA Student Union , academic buildings, and most outdoor spaces on the Main Campus for events by faculty/staff, registered student organizations and external clients. The office provides event planning consultation to campus and external clients; and manages the joint sponsorship process, which includes application, space reservation and event planning on the Main Campus.
The university recommends that EMCS be your first stop to planning events on the Main Campus.  Please contact the appropriate office when reserving space at UTSA.
