Open Office Hours

Office hours are an open, informal Teams session for UT San Antonio staff or faculty who want help with Copilot or Claude. You don’t need to be using AI already, and no question is too basic. You can bring a question, a stuck prompt, or just curiosity.

Drop in for five minutes or stay the whole hour.

What you can bring

  • A getting-started question, like how to open Copilot Chat 
  • A prompt that isn’t giving you what you need
  • A task you’d like to try with AI, such as summarizing a long document or drafting an email
  • A question about which tool fits your work, or what data you can use with it
  • Something you’ve heard about AI and want to talk through

Before you share your screen

We may ask you to share your screen so we can see what you’re seeing. Other people may be in the session, so close anything that contains Confidential data, such as Social Security numbers, before you share.
